Genesus Inc., is an International Swine Genetics company looking to expand its salesforce within China. Genesus is the world’s largest privately breeding company with the largest herd of registered purebred pigs and leading supplier of purebred breeding swine in the China market.
加裕公司不仅能够提供从其加拿大、英国和美国核心群直接进口注册纯种加裕种猪到中国，同时也可通过其在中国国内的核心场向中国市场供应种猪。因具备了向世界最大的市场提供纯种种猪的最大供种能力，加裕公司使销售人员有更多的猪可卖并有更机会取得事业的成功。
Genesus provides direct importation of registered Genesus breeding stock from Canada, United Kingdom, and United States, as well as sales from Domestic Nucleus’s to supply breeding pigs to the Chinese market. With largest supply of purebred breeding pigs to the World’s largest market, Genesus offers its sales team members more pigs to sell and greater opportunity for success.
岗位职责Responsibilities
工作职责包括为区域内进口业务和国内种猪、其它遗传资源以及遗传服务创造销售机会。对候选人将按照销售内容和取得的业绩进行相应地考核。候选人必须具有较强团队意识，愿意和团队其他成员共同合作。
Responsibilities include creating sales opportunities for Imported and Domestic breeding pigs, genetic materials and genetic services within the territory. Candidates will be measured by what they sell and rewarded accordingly. Must be willing to work with other team members.
资历要求Qualifications
候选人需自主性强，有极大地工作积极性和强烈的意愿向广大养殖户们展示使用加裕品牌种猪能如何在他们的生产体系中创造更多价值并最大化经济效益。候选人必须具备中英双语能力。理想候选人至少具备养猪行业基本知识或生产经验，在养猪行业内有销售经验和出色的客户沟通能力。
Highly motivated self-starter with eagerness to show producers how using Genesus Brand Genetics delivers more value, and maximizes profitability across their production systems. English speaking bilingual Chinese is a must. The ideal candidate would have at least basic knowledge or production experience. Sales experience and excellent communication skills with customers in the swine industry is essential.
